| Women & Gender Studies Curriculum |
 |
The Gender & Women's Studies major is an interdisciplinary
program of study combining the humanities, social sciences
and feminist scholarship. Gender & Women's Studies courses,
taught both at Pomona and at the other Claremont Colleges,
offer a variety of perspectives on feminism and gender
roles. Prospective majors and minors should plan their
programs with a member of the GWS faculty at Pomona College.
Gender & Women's Studies majors profit from their
intellectual training in a wide range of careers including
government, law, social work, medicine, teaching or
research.
